From Fort Worth - Take IH 30 East.
From Houston and Galveston - Take IH 45 North.
From San Antonio and Austin - Take IH 35 North.
From Corpus Christi - Take IH 37 North to San Antonio and IH 35 North to Dallas, or take US 77 North to Waco and IH 35 North to Dallas.
From El Paso - Take IH 10 East to IH 20 and then continue east on IH 20.
From Midland/Odessa - Take IH 20 East.
From Albuquerque - Take IH 40 East to Amarillo, US 287 East to Fort Worth and then IH 30 East to Dallas.
From Amarillo - Take US 287 East to Fort Worth and then IH 30 East to Dallas.
From Wichita and Oklahoma City - Take IH 35 South and take the IH 35 East split at Denton.

Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) provides transportation around 13 cities with rail, bus, paratransit, HOV lane and rideshare services. It also serves DFW International Airport and Fort Worth via the Trinity Railway Express.

Visitors can ride McKinney Avenue's nostalgic trolley between Dallas' Arts District and the McKinney Avenue Uptown neighborhood, enjoying the route's eclectic offering of antique shops, restaurants and clubs. The restored, historic, vintage streetcars are also available for private events. The trolley runs 7 days a week from 10:00 am - 10:00 pm.

The M-Line Streetcar offers you a ride down McKinney Avenue, within walking distance of the Dallas Museum of Art. M-Line service operates 7 days a week every 15 minutes during peak and lunch hours, every half hour off-peak hours and weekends between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. weekdays, 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. Saturdays, and 12:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sundays.
